my mood today was very mellow...which lead me to listen to James Taylor, John Denver, and varying Jazz artists.  i have much to much in my head right now, but that's what i do.  i get in all the scenarios of the different areas of my life mix them up and start to filter through them.  often what i have on my mind as i collate these thoughts can be a big muddled mess, causing all sorts of reactions in my brain giving me mood shifts.  thank goodness no one but me is trying to make sense of it all, it would drive them nuts.  eventually i settle on one thing, one emotion, one outcome that i strive to see complete.  doesn't always work, but i am always more settled after this mind mix.  good music helps.
